About the Jazz Monkeys
The Jazz Monkeys are an urban collective of nocturnal axe monkeys who only arrange jazz standards for solo guitar at night. We sometimes rake around in people's bins as well.
Our aim is to bring you free solo jazz guitar arrangements of our favourite schmaltzy cocktail standards so you can impress ladies at parties or beg for money down at your local subway.
About the Chord Melody Guitar Tabs
All the chord melody guitar tabs and Power Tab files* on this site are fairly easy to play and should present few problems to the intermediate jazz guitar player or the terminally tone deaf. Fingering for our tabs should be self-evident. If not, try drawing numbers on the printed tab and covering your fingertips in biro. You never know!
*All our guitar arrangements come in two formats. Firstly, you can view them in tablature form as a standard webpage (html). Alternatively, you can download the arrangements to be played and viewed in both tablature and score form in Power Tab (.ptb files).
